Pre-Order Policy

Pokemon Shop USA guarantees that you will receive at least a quantity of 1 of each product that you pre-order. If you quantities get changed due to supply issues we will offer a refund for those items not fulfilled. The only reason for non-fulfillment from Pokemon Shop USA is due to allocation from our distributor(s) and spreading the product out so that all customers get our guaranteed quantity of 1. Cancellation will never occur to resell your allocated product at a higher rate, our pre-sales are at prices we are comfortable selling at, allowing us to provide a locked in price that is both affordable and fair to our customers.
